Import Draft - Player Form

To be selected in the CLL Import Draft players must complete and submit an Import Draft - Player Form. Additionally, all international players who are members of a Canadian Lacrosse League partner organization, American - US Indoor Lacrosse, will automatically be entered into the player portal for potential selection in the CLL Import Draft. 

NOTICE All players must have a valid passport with an expiration date no earlier than 2025. 

This phone number will be added to a Player Profile and should be the player's personal phone number, NOT a parent/guardian's phone number. Please include any country code that is needed when calling from Canada/North America.

Please include as much detail as possible outlining your box lacrosse and field lacrosse experience. Including but not limited to; past teams, team accomplishments/championships, individual accomplishments, individual season statistics, etc...

This can be the same information as provided above in "Additional Experience", in a more suitable format .pdf, .doc.

Please provide information regarding you current education status (high school, college, etc...) and a desired area of focus for internship placement (electrician, carpentry, business, medical, law enforcement, etc..).

Submission of this Import Draft - Player Form does not guarantee a prospective player selection in the Canadian Lacrosse League Import Draft or serve as registration. Once an Import Draft - Player Form is submitted CLL staff is notified, player information is cataloged, and team General Managers are notified so they can conduct their own due diligence. Qualified prospective players will be contacted by CLL staff once dates for the CLL Import Draft have been finalized and additional information will be sent. Not being selected in the CLL Import Draft does not preclude international players from playing in the Canadian Lacrosse League.
